Why haven’t I gotten my confirmation email?
Usually, it takes only a couple of minutes to receive the confirmation email. However, there might be cases when the email is delayed by 30 minutes or even more, depending on various external factors. Another reason for not receiving the email is that it got trapped in the anti-spam filter. Please make sure to check the bulk/spam/junk folder, as well. You can also request another confirmation email by accessing this page: http://www.centralpark.com/members/resend-confirm and entering your email address or username.
